Talent 4 Performance is a fast-growing business with more than 50 years’ experience of delivering performance improvement for business leaders across UK. We use the latest thinking from the field of applied neuroscience, psychology and behaviour analytics to deliver measurable performance improvement. We help business leaders clarify complexity, nurture their people and drive continuous performance improvement, so they can convert thinking into action and results.

Our Trainers

A wealth of experience delivering measurable results

Director Alli Gibbons

One of the two founding directors of T4P, Alli has worked as a business consultant, trainer, mentor and coach for over 25 years, helping organisations of all shapes and sizes to improve performance and achieve their goals. Alli qualified as a mechanical engineer in the 1980s and gained valuable experience in the manufacturing and construction industries before moving into professional services and business consulting. Alli acquired her MBA from the Open University and was subsequently engaged by the OU Business School as an Associate Lecturer. Alli has a Level 7 Award in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring and is a Mental Health First Aider.

Director David Klaasen

One of the two founding directors of T4P, David has worked as a business consultant, trainer, mentor and coach for over 30 years. He works with senior leadership teams to ensure that shared values, clear communication and targeted development of people are the furnace that drives business success. He moved into the Learning and Development arena, inspired by the measurable results it can produce, after gaining valuable international management experience in the kitchens of 5 Star Hotels and Michelin Starred Restaurants. He is an enthusiastic and emotionally intelligent communicator who utilises applied neuroscience to clarify complex issues and enable behavioural change.
